Dr. Rezak is a well-known and respected neurologist and Parkinson's disease specialist.

Dr. Rezak is Director of the Movement Disorders Center and the Movement Disorders Functional Neurosurgery Program at Glenbrook and Evanston Hospitals in Illinois.

Dr. Rezak is also an assistant professor of Neurology at Northwestern University School of Medicine.
